Hell is real while paradise is also actual. Millions are in hell because they thought they would make a determination to follow Jesus tomorrow but little did they understand that tomorrow was not guaranteed.
Matthew 25 tells us that the Kingdom of Heaven shall be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps and went forth to meet the bridegroom. The lamps symbolize the light of Christ in all believers which comes the moment we take Him. Five were wise and took oil in their vessels while five were absurd and never got any oil with them.
The foolish virgins represents that while the wise symbolizes children of God that have a steady flow of the Holy Spirit inside their hearts and lives, they started to live their lives outside the domain of the Holy Spirit.
Many are in precisely the same situation as the five virgins as the light which they had is no longer there they still think they can be saved. This is a terrible area to be notably because we do not know the hour that the bridegroom will come.
We are not being asked to do anything challenging because Jesus has done it and for all but all we need to do will be to accept Him.
Take note that saying the words alone is not going to save anybody, but you’ve to make that decision with all of your heart as well as the Holy Spirit will begin transforming you. In our skill, we cannot do anything, but it’s all possible with God for He knows what’s gone wrong within our lives (Mark 10:27).
Apparently every time he turned around, there they were, the Pharisees, that Jewish spiritual/political group that hounded Jesus at every turn. They were grim, and in the end, they conspired to have Jesus put to death.
In the Gospels there are 89 references to the Pharisees (Matthew-31, Mark-12, Luke-27 and John 19) and nearly all of them usually do not talk to your cosy relationship; there are four references to the Pharisees as a “brood of vipers,” which really helps to define the type of relationship they had.
Yet, there are three references, all found to Jesus having dinner with a Pharisee, in the Gospel of Luke. This willingness to truly have a meal along with his enemies is indicative of Jesus’ willingness to love his enemies (Matthew 5:43-48).
Still, there we have it; Jesus http://www.pastorchrisonline.com/ror.php going from his method to dine together with his enemies. This is a message that we at Christ Embassy must come to understand.
For all of us to keep interacting with those with whom we disagree, this openness to share a meal with those who despised him speaks volumes of Jesus’ want.
We’re already isolated before we have the chance to make decisions that result in additional isolation. It is, consequently, more mandatory than ever before to heed the call of Christ and actively fall upon “our enemies.”
This call to see our enemies is not limited to Christ of eating with the Pharisees ’s example; it extends to what Christ determined not to do.
With infinitely less effort than it takes my fingers to snap, Jesus Christ, God-made-man, could have wiped the Pharisees from the surface of the planet earth. Not only this, he may have removed all memory of them.
It is not very difficult to read feel warranted in our hate of “our enemies,” but the only real one who is genuinely justified gave us a living example of mercy. As opposed to obliterating the Pharisees, Christ shared a meal together, and ultimately died for them.
We hear if we live in the 14th chapter of Romans that “, we live for the Lord, and when we die, we die for the Lord.” Jesus shows us that with “our enemies” sharing a meal isn’t the limitation of how far we may be asked to go — for “our enemies, perishing ” isn’t outside the realm of chance.
